Abolish Unemployment in Ireland. How to:

There are approximatley 2.7 million people of working age (between 18-64), 15 % or which are 55+ which is approximatley 405,000.

There are 284,500 people unemployed in Ireland at the moment.

If the government propose an early retirement plan for the over 55's- to give them an incentive of a MillionE/or so each.

With this they can pay off their mortgage/buy a house.

This creates over 400,000 jobs which abolishes unemployment, there are over 100 graduates leaving Ireland weekly.

Gets rid of minor debt and creates a happy workforce.

I know, DUH!
