Mind, Body and Soul Week

I'm thinking I should do something everyday for my mind, body and soul this week.
Par example:
Mind: Read, Crossword etc.
Body: Exercise and eat well!
Soul: Save kittens and stop bitching.

I'll let you know how I get on.
